Severity:

High

• Parent/Guardian is on site or on the phone needing any type of student information (critical or otherwise) e.g. identify school served based on home address.
• Any situation or issue which requires a deadline e.g. grade reporting, running reports, FTE reporting, Student Record reporting, Hope eligibility issues.
• Calls from any/all levels of school system area personnel e.g. Area Assistant Superintendents.

Medium

• Requests for data changes which schools cannot make e.g. grade changes.
• Requests for help in navigating screens in all AS400 modules.
• Requests to determine if required AS400 reports exist, finding report, customizing report correctly to give desired data.
• Requests to print scheduling chips.
• Requests for student data from outside agencies.

Low

• Transcript requests.
• Non-urgent counseling issues e.g. interpretation of transcript, deficiencies, after-hours changes.
• Requests for non-critical general information.
• Problems with working in Print Manager.
